I doubt there are stats on assists, but if you included them in a combined list it'd score more favourably for Salah than some of those others. He completes a lot of assists too, something which he doesn't really get credit for.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostAn incredible return from the most undervalued (supporters wise) asset. His GPG ratio higher than all bar Hodgson.

Yep. He gets slagged off as being greedy, yet he always assists a lot for us and he creates a hell of a lot of chances for others.
Is a bit like the myth that he does not track back much.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Do you think he's undervalued? I've never met a fan who thinks he's anything but great.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostAn incredible return from the most undervalued (supporters wise) asset. I do. I think there is a level of blind acceptance of how good he is. I don’t think there is a single fan who thinks he’s ****, but there is an occasional ambivalence, along the lines of that if he leaves we will be able to bring someone else in.Originally posted by Venton View PostDo you think he's undervalued? I don’t think people truly realise how remarkable he is. That what he is doing in terms of goal scoring is not something we’ve ever seen before. I think he has normalised the extraordinary.Modifying post.

Well, don't worry, I'll more than make up for them with my own panic.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostI do. I think there is a level of blind acceptance of how good he is. I’ll be right there with youOriginally posted by Venton View PostWell, don't worry, I'll more than make up for them with my own panic.
I also think people would love us to bring in Mbappe, and pay him what he wants but wouldn’t in the same breath acknowledge that Salah is operating at a higher level.Modifying post.

To be fair to Sancho, If Mo had to play under Ole he would probably be getting played at left back or something and not standing out.
Ahh who am I kidding, Mo would probably get about ten goals a season playing at left back

I saw that the Sporting Director at Dortmund has said he is 'depressed' at the lack of minutes Sancho is getting at Dortmund. They have definitely removed all the excitement around that signing.Originally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostTo be fair to Sancho, If Mo had to play under Ole he would probably be getting played at left back or something and not standing out.

I look at the forwards signed under Klopp, Salah, and Jota and both of them started well and with a few goals (and in Salahs case never stopped scoring). I think the signing of Ronaldo can only hamper the development of Sancho and Greenwood.“I love Jadon. When you see him playing you get tears in your eyes.
“It hurts my soul that he is given so little consideration.Modifying post.
