In reality for FSG, wages are gonna increase & come in line with the mega salaries that we know is paid out in US sports so stop fiddling about, just get that contract sorted.
I reckon that FSG is apprehensive about are the other players will be looking for parity as a base wage in the immediate term once Mo's contract is sorted so the club will have to look after their position as paying mega salaries has to be sustainable as a whole.Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!Comment

Wouldn’t it be much more motivational to have heavily incentivized bonuses? You get what you deliver! I’d have a max wage structure say £150-200k a week and id you’re top performer each season you get bumped up towards the top end of that. The rest would be big rewards for individual contributions the player is in control of eg, goals, assists. Then also top that up with team achievements eg league finish etc…

That's exactly how we already operate under FSG, heavily incentivised contracts with performance/win bonuses on top of their basic.
Mo is currently on around £200,000 pw, but he earns way more than that when we're winning things..
