    He was relieved of them last season and it was one of his best. This season Slot has decided to also allow Gravenberch to push on, add Wirtz who for all his values, defending isn't one of them. We also have new forwards who don't offer the same pressing as the ones gone.

    It was like this was all predictable.

    But there’s zero chat in the Konate/Virgil/Bradley/Kerkez threads.

    Not that they all need slated, but the fundamental issues we have are down to the performances and connections of these players also.

    I'm starting to think as poor as he's been, there's no reason to single him out when the rest of the team is playing so poorly. He isn't the main reason we're leaking goals. If the rest of the team were playing like last season, would his form be similar or at least the output?
