    2 assists vs Palace coincidentally.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

      Salah’s heat map vs Everton.

This isn’t a form problem with Salah, it’s a tactical decision.

We’re marginalising our best scorer and most creative player. We need to be getting him into the box.

Probably the first time I've ever been worrying about Mo.

          That heat map is interesting.

Sometimes wonder if we should try him and Diaz swapping wings for a half or part of a match.

He’s carried us a lot. He does well when involved (other than dribbling into trouble) his passing and decision making are great,

The problem is he is on the periphery of matches.

Not sure how switching wings would solve much. I expect it’s a similar picture for Diaz on the other side.

It’s touches in the box where Salah kills teams.

Diaz manages to get past players and move inside, Mo runs into them.

His strengths mainly have always been running into the ball in space when we break. If it is a foot race with Salah he is amazing and so composed.

We seen to only get the ball to him when he is double man marked.

I thought Salah looked more comfortable at the end when Gomez was at RB. That’s to games in a row Salah has nearly got the winner I’m with the last kick - getting the corner v Newcastle and save today.

But we do need more from him.

Klopp weighs in on the Salah position debate:

On whether Salah is spending more time out wide this season…

No, it’s not more than other seasons or whatever, I’m not sure what you see there. We want to have Mo there in this position but we want to have Mo, and we always had him, more often in central positions as well. Today especially we wanted to use the boys a bit more centrally, but we didn’t have a lot of time to train obviously. Actually we only recovered, we spoke a lot about it, I’m not sure I was clear enough in the first half what we wanted. In the moments when we played, when Mo dropped or when Lucho dropped after two or three passes they were completely free in between the lines because Darwin kept the last line back with his pure presence and they like to drop pretty early. But we didn’t do that often enough, you are right. I don’t think in the season he is too often wide, maybe today in a few moments yes. But he could have scored again in the last minute pretty much.

Seems to have lost a couple of yards pace wise. He's usually caught these days.

Always enjoy when people post Klopps comments about players. He is never going to throw any player under the bus. He actively takes the pressure off any player that is under media scrutiny, that's the type of guy he is. Behind closed though, different story imo.

Like what Ronaldo did he needs to move to striker. He doesn't seem to have the legs anymore to play wide. Once you are so one footed defenses also catch up with your style of play.

Said this the last few weeks. Tactical decisions up front are costing us. Wtf is he doing so wide since the start of the season? And it’s not because of Nunez, out tallest striker was way out left cutting in way too often today. It’s not working and needs tweaking.

Yep, but we also needed to turn more of the team over. Is it Klopp's stubbornness or lack of funds?
