Was looking at his assist numbers for the PL last night, after there was some comment made by Heskey on Prime that hinted at the usual line that Salah is greedy, and they are in the double figures for each season he has been with us save for one.
This season he has just gone up a notch in terms of goals and assists. Not even past the half way mark in the league and he is already within a few goals and assists off of his season totals for the past two seasons.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

We absolutely need him to push on in the 2nd half of the season, it shouldn't be underestimated how much his drop off affects us. Last season he had 18 goals up to and including new years day, and 7 after that.Comment

I’ve said it before but I’m not worried about the drop off because of the change in style and like Norbs said he’s doing less work. It was very noticeable against spurs where he was letting the left back go forward and it was Dom and gravy covering Trent.
Also means when the team counters one Trent pass down the line and Mo is off.Comment

Problem is his form tanks every year, probably because of the numbet of games and travel he has to manage.
Keeping Mo fresh is absolutely vital. Same with all the other players. I dont want to see us turn up for another final with nothing left in the tank, after being brilliant for the season.
