Well done all the LFC lads. Observations - VvD really is huge. Salah can't do his tie properly (and tie clips are gauche). The lad on the far left should shop better for a shirt with his neck size. Isak should try harder to get in frame.

Just seen a post on Facebook, looks like Mo needs 27 more Premier League goals to take him to 2nd in the all time PL goal scorers list. I'd like to think he should comfortably exceed that total over the next 2 seasons.

I would like him to comfortably exceed that this season, as it would most likely mean we've won the league again

Hope he doesn't burst himself at Afcon like he has before and come back flaaaed out.

I know it is a huge target but the guy is a machine and looks after himself so well.....got to wonder can he do a Messi / Ronaldo and stay at the very top deep into his 30a. He is some fit ****er and has started to adjust his game slightly...... including Arne's tactics where he doesn't need to track back as much.

He currently has about 100 goals to go to beat Ian Rushes all time goalscorer record. That would be ****in amazing and if he gets, say 60 over the next 2 years, that then has to be a carrot for him surely. If we get a non league team in the fa cup, then Mo should be bursting to start and knock up the numbers

That's if Kane doesn't come back to the PL, I read that it was accepted that this was his last year at Bayern and he would be moving on next summer, no idea if that's true or not, but I read it in a couple of places

Beating Rushies record would be absolutely amazing. Hopeful, but not expectful. Rush spent more of his younger years here and was obviously as clinical as a surgeon. Happy days ahead if that is going to happen, but like you say it will mean lots of uncertainty around his fitness and contract situation.
