I think Robertson deserves a run in the team. MotM on debut, best player for Scotland during the last 2 internationals (yes, yes) and much less erratic than Moreno. Offers the same going forward and less rash defensively.

Also. Not sure why Mane was subbed off? He's our best player by absolutely miles at the moment.

Well,in the context of the first half that's a **** result. In the context of how we've been conceding goals for a while now it's just depressing. Our attack, whilst looking impressive, isn't scoring enough goals, especially without Mane, and defensively we're a shambles. We'll create a few fireworks this season but I can't see us winning anything. I genuinely don't understand how we didn't do more to sort out our central defense this season, not to mention the keepers. It's mind-boggling.

Its fine going forward, but can be over run if teams break on us.

I am a fan of Henderson, but he can blow hot or cold, and lost his way as the game went on tonight.

First half was good enough, we should have been out of sight.

2nd half raised a lot of issues, we didn't do enough, we were pretty weak to be honest, Loveen is **** but Matip is far too nice!

Can stunk the place out, he was so poor in the first half to the point I thought he must have been injured!

The midfield trip is so hit and miss though. Very rare all 3 will play well in the same game..balance all wrong but not our main issue in the side . We all know what the problem is and it is not getting fixed anytime soon.

Flanagan should be ahead of TAA and JG. The shoe-horning of JG has been exposed tonight - play half decent full backs in their correct positions instead of 'promising centre halves that aren't good enough to play CB' - it's the champions league Jurgen, not the ****ing Carabobbins Cup

If Flanagan is the answer I'm not sure what the question is, he's ****e and being scouse and putting in the odd strong tackle blind people to how poor he is.

RB is an issue but CB (both) a strong CM and GK are bigger concerns for me

The only two seasons when it was very good Dortmund won the league, but the overall context isn't great. You've got to understand the German league plays fewer games than here as well.

And certainly since he's been here it's not been great. We're breathtaking offensively and maybe the balance lies in scoring more and cut out some of our wastefulness in front of goal (considering the amount of chances we can create).
