Funny, I was thinking that the Robertson/Solanke combo could be a good weapon, but i didn't think from the start FFS.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

True about the bench, but it just feels a bit like we've brought the playing field a tad nearer level at kick off.

It's a big 3 points up for grabs this, at this stage of the season, and the team we're playing.

Clear message being sent out by Klopp. Expect the unexpected. Nightmare to prepare against. The cloggers game plan would have been to murder Bobby and Phil.......well thats well and truly ****ed

Glad that Coutinho is available if the game doesn't go as planned.

Bit of a free hit this game with Arsenal and Chelsea results. We shouldn't complain as no squad rotation seems to be hurting them and we're not even half way through December.

I haven't seen their 11 yet. Please tell me Keane and Williams are playing at the back.

Is that a 352 with ox on the right?

I don't want a strong bench , I want a strong first XI. If you're fit enough for the bench then you are fit to start. I assume Klopp must have some tactical reason but fecked if I know what it is.

Anyhow, it is what it is, so let's batter the blue****e.

Got to admit......You start your strongest team in the big games. It's quite simple.

Still think there's more than enough there, and strength from the bench, but a win is the only acceptable outcome.

Coutinho hasn't trained properly and I can only assume he seen something from Firmino in training. If Firmino needed a rest, he could have came off early against Spartak, so I can only assume this is a late decision. The other changes aren't that surprising.

This team is good enough to beat their ****e.

Solanke looked very good when he started alongside Salah and Mane, Robertson will cope well with their slow as ****e midfield and Ox will have a chance to show some muscle and pace in midfield.

Fingers crossed but I'd prefer to see Firmino and Coutinho sat on the bench for the last half an hour as we have 3 or 4 goals on them
