I dunno, thought we were much better second half than first and they kept us out through a mixture of luck and poor officiating. They were better than us overall but this fixture is almost always horrible. How many times have we been better than them on overall form going into this match and still coming up short at the final whistle? It’s basically scripted, which is the most frustrating thing of all.

Did think from quite early on that the ref wasn't going to be giving us much. Can clears the ball then collides with Valencia and somehow that's a foul. Bailly cynically took out Mane to stop an attack and didn't bet booked. Young wrestles Salah in the box and no pen. Pretty weak. They're a narky bunch and need a strong ref.

Pretty much how I thought it might go. Some of you on here have amnesia when it comes to Liverpool games. We never perform against Jose teams. He knows exactly how to **** us up, well negate our attacking threat at least and we normally **** ourselves up by gifting goals. So many predicting we would win easily. Yeah right.

I really like klopp and wouldn't swop him. But I can't help feeling he'll be the nearly guy more often than the trophy winner. He seems to come up short in finals and games against Utd. But we get to watch quality attacking play for the majority. I couldn't watch Utd week in. But 2 trophies last year, 2nd place secured and still in 2 cups.

He should have rested more players for the Porto game. We were already through. This is something he's done a lot since he's been here. Henderson should have 100% been rested, no way we get 3 proper games out of him. Bobby should have sat it out too.

In the grand scheme we get top 4 and challenge for the CL. So no damage done. Frustrating again. But that's being a Liverpool fan.
