Incredible football, unbelievable for 80 minutes, and Salah is just purely unplayable, infact our entire front 3 are unplayable.

Replace Karius (I'm sorry, just not for me, he has mistakes in him, and flaps at crosses) with a top class keeper and replace Lovern with a top class Center half and we will be one hell of a team next year.

Conceding 2 goals, takes the gloss off it, and Roma will be thinking just repeat the Barcelona result... this is far from over...
    El Kloppo !!
"As a player I had fifth division skills and a first division brain. The result was a second division footballer"

"How could I justify picking up my pay cheque if I stand here and say the tie is over? It would be just as stupid as saying we're going to walk all over them [in the second leg]. I can always supply silly answers to silly questions...... Yes, the tie is over, but we have to play them anyway."

On a side note, I downloaded Virgin TV go and watched our entire game with me Dad and a few lads on the terraces. It was better than watching at home on my own.

        Bromley drew 0-0

it was dazzling at times from us. That misfiels is decimated. Need Can back asap of possible. Trent in midfield and Clyne RB might be the shout if worst comes to worst. Thought Gini was excellent when he came on.. hard to know with him sometimes.

I think it will be a more competitive game over there but I will be shocked if we do not score. They have to come out and play and that is bread and butter for us. Annoyed about the first goal and India think pen was very harsh. Ref was getting small decisions wrong all game and he's meant to be one of the best in the world.

I don't know how to feel after that.

5-0 up we looked unbelievable, could have been 8 without any problems.

But the soft centre again, mentally looked weak after being so strong. If I were Roma I'd be confident now, we folded like a deck of cards towards then end and if it lasted 15 minutes longer we'd have probably been 5-5.

But 5-2 in a CL semi final should be over the moon. What a bat**** crazy team !!

The reason it feels disappointing is because it was 5-0.

If we had been, 2-1 up, then 4-2 up and it had finished with us scoring last to make it 5-2 we’d be buzzing.

                  It’s perception.

We'very scored 38 goals in the CL (excluding qualifiers) this season in 11 games which is more than 9 PL teams have managed in 34 or 35 games
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Liverpool are only the second side in Champions League history to score five goals in a semi-final match (also Ajax in 1995, 5-2 v Bayern Munich).

Weird how I feel totally downbeat. Still think we’ll go through but it’s very frustrating. Should be 5-1 though, pen was total bull****. Ox looks ****ed and that’s a massive blow for the season & mebbe even going forward.

For me, this highlights the lack of squad depth we have. The drop off is huge to the extent it ****s up our game plan. We’ve always had this issue to a greater or lesser extent.
                          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

It’s beginning to feel a lot like destiny. It’s beginning to feel a lot like this Liverpool side might be unstoppable, that they might have the terrifying tools to destroy any and all opposition. It’s beginning to feel a lot like we might hear ‘six times’ ringing around grounds across the country next season. And frankly it’s beginning to feel amazing regardless of your allegiance. This Liverpool side is simply irresistible.

We are long past the point when all English fans support all English clubs in Europe but this Liverpool side threatens to challenge the tribal cynicism of 2018. They are fast and furious. They are dynamic and decisive. And they are then so very vulnerable. They put you on the edge of your seat and then up on your feet to celebrate before you even realise that you care. You dare not stop for a cup of tea, to kiss your wife or say goodnight to your children lest you miss something extraordinary..............

Perception and the fact the commentator must have mentioned Roma’s come back at least once ever twenty seconds in the last ten minutes.

It was a cherry on top of the icing on top of the cake performance the goals just took the cherry back off.

                                Who likes cherry’s anyway?
