They are getting everyone back, our's are still dropping. Certainly gonna have to do this the hard way and we'll probably get an injury or two v Brighton yet.
Their season isn't over yet. Any one of their players could get injured between now and the final.

There is nothing we can do about Madrid, lets not just focus on ourselves. We have to deal with whatever is thrown at us. I think that it will be an interesting test for Klopp, because with so few players what do we do about in game changes? To my mind more or less everything would have to be like for like or swapping Clyne for a midfielder and moving TAA to midfield. Given the potential for extra time and pens I don't think we could risk trying to close out the game with defensive subs because if we let them back would find ourselves in the **** if it went to extra time.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

We shouldn't try and close it out with defensive subs anyway, we pretty much look **** every time he does that, it ruins our attack and just invites pressure I wish he'd stop doing it. A silly, pointless defensive sub cost us at Watford on the opening day (with the help of corrupt officiating) and is still doing it now v West Brom and Roma. All we should/can really do is maybe something in midfield if Can or Lallana can give us 10- or 20mins. It's annoying but maybe we'll learn to buy enough quality or not sell a key player in January next season.

Agreed, we are not built to sit back and don’t do it very convincingly. Front foot football from start to finish please

Can allegedly close to training - could yet play a part in the final.

Yeah I hate when we try play the defensive game at latter stages, it's just not natural to us. Isco is annoyingly coming back at the right time as is Caravahal. One thing I noticed about Carvahal is he has dipped in form massively in 2018, cracking full back but has been poor recently and if Bayern showed us anything it is he is very susceptible to the long diagonal ball over the top.

**** it, it is Real Madrid on their day they are sensational, other days they can be got at and look all over the shop... sound familiar? Two things the worry me, one obviously is our injury situation, we are bare bones. Can and Lallana coming back would be fantastic even if they are nowhere near fit at least they will be chomping at the bit. The other thing that I would be most concerned about is our lack of winning experience in comparison to Madrid. I really do despise the club but they are seasoned winners and know how to play these big games. The big ocassion can really get to some players.

I'm not too worried about our form going into the game, it's annoying as **** that we haven't secured 4th spot & now have to risk our best players to shore 4th up vs Brighton but Real will also want to get game time into Isco and Carvahal in some pretty tough fixtures before they meet us. They won't want to finish below Athletico either and will have to play some of their main stays in the remaining fixtures.

I pray we see the helter skelter, all action, blitzing tempo that has destroyed so many teams but I wonder will there be a more conventional approach before it is the champs league final? Personally I hope not, we play one way better than any team I have ever seen, it is something that no team can handle if we are on our game. Madrid are used to having 70-80% possession, dominating games and dictating the tempo. If our front 3 and midfield play the way we know they can it will be a shock to that Madrid side, they are a slow side centrally and it's rare they are on the back foot in La Liga. You cannot give Modric and Kroos time on the ball, they are just too good. Also they love to counter, that could also be their undoing.

Trying to be positive but really and truly this game could end 10 all

Its amazing we got this far. Real in champs leage are like ****ing Utd in the league... somehow get the results even playing ****e. I think if we dont blow them away with one of our flurries they will school us tactically the more the game goes on.

I really want to take my daughter the parade so Salah best get his head out of his arse where its been the last couple of games

They certainly seem to grind it out alright, although they have been very lucky in their last few fixtures. Dybala getting sent off for Juve, 97th peno & then Munich missing about 400 guilt edged chances. I would worry about the ref, Madrid are mouth pieces they will be in the refs ear all game. Their away to Sevilla tomorrow who need to win to get into the Europa league spots. It's a tough place to go so it will be interesting to see who plays.

marcelo wants to be an attacker and often goes missing in defence, even though he will be well aware of what salah can do i reckon this is where our game will be won or lost.
i dont see marcelo as being disciplined enough and salah will skin him, maybe dog **** boy will bring him down for a free kick or pen and pick up a card. from then on marcelo wont be able to go raiding the wing as he then knows one mistimed tackle and salah is away and scoring.

Who is the better coach, Klopp or Zidane? I bet if they swapped squads Madrid would piss their league and we'd struggle to reach top 4. Zidane's a bit of a puppet

Not exactly rousing stuff and it took him some time to go away and think.

I'm sure the Henderson/Lallana prematch playlist is equally as disappointing.
