Salah our best signing since Suarez.
Not replacing Coutinho in January was a big mistake, probably cost us winning the CL.
We were good but inconsistent in the league, 4th place finish is fine.
Need to spend big in the summer, our top 4 rivals will all be stronger next season - GK, attacker, CB are priorities, could do with strengthening in full back positions as well.
    And a centre mid
    Another MASSIVE game

With Lallana out the new AM (who let's not forget is also expected to cover the front line) would also be the only player that really fits that role, leaving the skill mix in midfield askew. I think for both reasons I'd keep Lallana another year rather than bringing back a substandard kid we'll not play.

Grujic was on the bench towards the end of his loan at Cardiff.

No way will he be challenging for the first XI. We don’t have another player like Lallana, Klopp loves him, can’t see him being sold.

Thing with Lallana is that he’s never fit. It’s a few games here and there then a spell on the sidelines, rinse and repeat. Good player when fit and got his match fitness but we need players that are available more often than not.

As Buzzo says not sure he’ll be off as Klopp loves him but like Sturridge you really can’t reply on him

            Aye, he's really unreplyable

Totally agree btw. You know he'll break down soon, at some point, in a few games

Current midfield - Hendo, Gini, Milner
Current "others" - Can (gone), Ox (injured), Lallana, Trent?
Incomings - Keita, Fekir (hopefully) + maybe one more (Neves, Jorginho, Diawara all linked).
              Loans - Grujic.
              Kids - Jones, Woodburn.

The reason I say sell Lallana is because he will make us money and I think for the wages he is on he are not getting enough value from him. If we don't sell this summer he will be harder to shift next summer and who knows if he'll break down again this year.

For me I just think he is average and his injury record makes him worse. Another player like Lallana - we had Sturridge also. Injured, English and flatters to deceive. I know it seems harsh but for too long too many average players hold us back - I'm not saying ship out 10 players and buy 10 more. Just be clever in our dealings.

Hendo, Gini, Milner, Keita + Fekir can cover the games until we have Ox back and that's 6 guys playing for three positions with Trent (if stuck) & Grujic who can cover.

At the beginning of the season I wanted the team to qualify for the Champions League again, have a decent run in the Champions League and threaten to win something. So mission accomplished. For next season I am hoping for a top four finish again, another decent run in the Champions League and at least one cup somewhere.

To do that we need a bit more quality in the first eleven - primarily in midfield so that we can protect the back four better and control games from there - but, as important, we need to be able to rotate our Fab Three without that giving encouragement to the opposition. I think Loris still has the chance of becoming a really good keeper and we can win stuff with him in goal, but he needs (a) to be taken out of the limelight for a while and (b) a fantastic keeper coach (Pepe?).

I think the vast majority of fans are very happy with everything right now. It was just how ****ing utterly horrible that final was, was hard to stomach and how that Real Madrid team were there for the taking. I am already over it. It happens, I honestly wanted to win it for Klopp, I'd take anything shinny right now

Looking forward to the new season already. The fans this season were ****ing amazing, and great to finally hear songs of this generation not the 80s

Lallana isn't going anywhere, Klopp loves him and he's one of more technically gifted players

If he can return to the same level as 2016, he'll be a very useful squad player next season. Especially in the cups!

A great season as we’ve played the style of football we’ve dreamed of for ages. A great CL run & injuries/ lack of depth cost us the chance of snagging 2nd spot. Very important TW this one.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

A great season for me as well, so much fun and so much drama. Love it. We are showing clear signs of progress as well and I don't remember such a good feeling about the club.
