He’s mobile and got good technical ability. His decision making needs to sharpen up but he’s 21. If he’s still making the same mistakes at 27 then that’s different.

In jones, Elliot and Bajetic we’ve got three very good young players although I’m still not sure midfield is Harvey’s best position.

Yeah think in a wide right attacking role or maybe a floating number 10 type role would suit him better. A CM he is not.

Totally agree we have some smashing young talent at the club, not least in the three names you mentioned.

Harvey is a bit of an enigma. Loads of talent but his lack of pace is a worry.

Number 10 might be the answer.

Really hope Jones is ok. We could do with him at the moment.
      I love Sarah

        Don't forget Carvalho too!

He’s not a premier league standard footballer. Has nothing is his locker that isn’t just average, but his speed of feet and thought is way below that. Sell him to Bournemouth or Sheffield Utd.

Yup. Scored the odd banger but is average. Needs shifting.

Curtis is still very young and we have to remember that. He’s got bags of talent but he reminds me of a player who is brilliant on the ball but lacks game intelligence which only comes with experience.

Harvey is different in that he has the technical and tactical ability but lacks the physical presence to make it count. As for carvalho he needs better players around him to create space for him. Today wasn’t the game for him.

Does he have bags of talent though? Very young but slow and ponderous, just doesn't do much. Said it before and I ll say it again he is not LFC standard.

As if Jones was a problem today, even if it wasn't his first start in 7 months.

But aye, he should be walking into a dysfunctional team, play out of position with no preparation (as he wasn't supposed to be playing) and just ****ing tear it up. What a useless cunt he is.

Still not quite sure what he excels at.. what sort of player was he in the youth teams? He seems to never quite be able to execute what he wants to do, it's frustrating af to watch

I think the Arsenal semi finals last year showcased what Jones is about. First leg he came on LW and constantly ran at the defence, which was reminiscent of his youth team days here. 2nd leg, he was MOTM playing LM in the 3 and combined his attacking instincts with the discipline that Klopp has been trying to introduce when using him to replace Gini.

Jones has immense talent, biggest issue for him is a familiar one at Anfield, staying fit.

Fair I remember that game now you mention it. Its a shame we didn't have more options in the centre as it'd good to see Jones out wide
