We have City away. And United away. Apart from that, Spurs and Chelsea have to come to Anfield.
If we can continue our form against the teams that we SHOULD be able to beat, then that will tell us if we are going to win the title or not. As City proved against both Palace and Leicester, teams have to be on their toes to get 3 points in any Premier League match.
But Klopp will have our team on their toes.....

Anyone else fully expecting our line-up for City to be misteriously without a key player, only to be revealed later that it's due to some bust-up with Klopp / racism incident / disco fistfight / transfer request / 9-month injury, etc.?
Just not used to us doing so well without something going horribly wrong in the worst possible way, at the worst possible time - ever since that Gerrard fight after Newcastle, Suarez suspensions, Firmino accused of being a racist, Torres and Coutinho leaving mid-season, Alonso resenting Benitez and leaving, Masch leaving, Gerrard stomp at United, Gerrard slip, Karius in Kiev... Well some of those occured when we weren't exactly at the top, but still...
I don't think I could take any more of those, for once I just want us to go on and win the ****in thing

Didn’t Newcastle have a 10 point lead over Utd at Christmas ‘95 (stretched to 12 points by January), only to lose it?Originally posted by dom9 View PostHere's one for you....
No team has let more than a 5 point lead slip at this stage of the season in the premier league era.
That being said, Kevin Keegan will absolutely love it if we win the league this season.

Liverpool move into the new year seven points ahead at the top of the table and no team in Premier League history has been so far clear on New Year's Day and not gone on to win the title.
Twice teams have been five points in front and finished second, but that is the biggest lead that has slipped at this stage.
Here is 95/96 after 20 odd games:

Just looked it up.
Newcastle were 10 points clear on Xmas day, but then six points were shaved off during the next two games so they were only 4 points clear on New Year's day.
They then managed to get it up to that 12 point gap later in January when the Mancs lost a few games.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
