If we win we go five points clear with 39 to play for with an interior goal difference. I'm not massively encouraged by that tbh, it's still wide open (which is ****ing incredible in itself).

Yea it is mental to think we've only lost 1 game and are (currently) only 2 points clear, with a game in hand to make it 5.

I believe there is serious pressure on us now tomorrow night (brought on be not beating Leicester this week). If we don't win, City can go top on Wednesday when the beat the bitters. (let's face it they are not doing us any favours)

Still a lot of footy left to play, but a slip tomorrow there will be serious heat on us as to can we get over the line.

Lets hope we don't regret letting Clyne out on loan and not bringing in some defensive cover.

I can always supply silly answers to silly questions...... Yes, the tie is over, but we have to play them anyway."

I'm starting to think that if we end up winning the Title, it wont be won with us staying ahead of the rest from here on in, i have a feeling the lead will change hands, maybe more than once or twice.

That draw last week has knocked some stuffing out of us / me.

Luckily, it's not up to us / me to react to it and get things up and running again.

With the Palace game too, it's like we're starting to revert to last season's way of playing.

Time for a return to focus and discipline.
          Oh I don't know.

We need to win because City get a game in hand midweek V Everton.

The only thing is surely Everton are due a reaction after the numerous ****e performances they’ve had.... can’t see it tho - so the win for us tomorrow is essential.

Yeah if we don't win then City go top midweek ffs.

Tomorrow's gonna be mad if we drop points, we could draw, play great but draw to a wonder goal or ref error and we'll be top of the league getting called ****, bottlers, no chance of winning etc and mostly from our own fans

On the plus side if we avoid defeat we are mathematically safe from relegation

I'm spending far too much time here -

It's easy to keep adding winning score lines but looking at our run in, we can actually do this if we can avoid defeat against Utd, Spurs and Chelsea (our hardest fixtures).

                            People are understandably nervous.

But the narrative is wrong. If anyone bottled it it was City last Monday. If we had played first and drawn and then they had gone to Newcastle and lost would the narrative be different?

Ultimately none of it makes any difference. We need to keep picking up results and ignoring the media hype.

It's impossible to ignore the hype though. Players would be watching games on TV and they would be hearing the same thing.
                              Are we winning?

Klopp has been keeping the pressure off all season quite cleverly, he's normalised our situation. On the whole I think we have some fairly cool heads in our squad.

Hopefully this continues and our nerve holds.
