Contrary to what many think, I think that is a crap article. Central to its point is the assumption that social media represents the majority fan view, whereas it actually only represents the marginal fan view. Of course the marginal fan is a nutter, it's not rocket science.

As I have got older I don't like wishing injuries on any player or team. I would just hope ours can stay fit now till the end of the season. I'd be amazed if City can come through this schedule with little rotation for the games that actually matter and not have some people need time on the physio table. Fernadinho is what 30 something and is playing 2 games a week at a very high level week in week out, he has some engine

I think with our team is mostly fit, we are in fact the better side, we have a better defence you could argue there is not much to separate the combined midfield and attack but clearly, we have a better back 5 and I think that will tell in the final tally of points.

We can only hope lady luck goes our way also, because you definitely need it at key moments in the season. You could argue we are still getting our fair share of luck with the last goal we scored being well well offside. Ultimately we need to keep our heads, we are still in control and even if we were not its our job to chase them down so either way we need to do our best to put the obvious nerves to oneside and just focus on enjoying the ride and supporting our lads

They certainly have more goals and assists coming from midfield than us.

We need the linkup between midfield and attack to significantly improve in the run in. We have got great results so far, but without really looking at our fluent best consistently. We'll see what the real character of the team is now that we've had a little wobble. Hopefully we've over it and normal service will be returned.
