Best thing about being out is we won't get to see Moreno again this season. One game is one game too many.

We played pretty well and probably deserved to at least get pens.

The game highlighted how good and efficient our first team are, and particularly how well drilled our staring defence and midfield are. The drop of in quality from Robertson to Moreno is a chasm, and Lovren and Matip as yet dont look anywhere near what VVD and JG have shown us.

Ultimately it was a chance for some of the second string to look to win and achieve more game time, and ultimately they blew it, though the game should have been over by the time Hazard came on. We should have won it, but we didn't.

For the first season ever though, I could care less about the League Cup. Onwards and upwards.
