I genuinely do hate Chelsea as much as the mancs. I know alot of fans couldn't care less about the Carabao cup but I was gutted we went out at the first hurdle & to them! Great oppurtunity for fringe players to shine and for us to win silverware which we desperately need.

The first 20 mins they were better than us but then we found out their formation & to be honest I thought we were much the better team after that, we were cruising. As soon as Mane went off I thought things changed we started to drop, he puts in so much work and he runs from deep take so much pressure off us.

Worldie goal but avoidable don't let him in the box, I thought the free kick for their first goal was harsh on Keita (lost defensively all game) but Moreno's our weak link and was always going to come from his side, targeted him all night. Has there ever been a footballer so thick, backs off when he should engage, tackles when he should back off & goes to ground when he should stand up, thank god for Andrew Robertson!

That whole backline and keeper will be changed for league game, our high tempo midfield will be back & our front 3 will give their high line a nightmare.... need to beat these! Early days for Fabinho & Keita but was clear to see that they are not ready to function in Klopp's system yet, Klopp is doing the right things easing them in they just are not ready.
