It will be tough this group. 0-0 would have been a good result. We never really were able to quieten the crowd and all Napoli wanted is to push forward and quicken the play, which we allowed them to. Salah lacks a bit of confidence I think, but he's still making excellent runs but final part of his game is suffering.

So many bad performances tonight, some horrific. Starting to worry if maybe Mo needs to be benched vs City. Bobby way off too, dunno whats up!! Thought Trent was worst player in park though, constantly caught out and giving away possession.

We started painfully slow and kept it at that, they upped it in 2nd half and blew through us so many times.

0 shots on target - we wer tactically outclassed, out fought and probably out run. Our players looked tired and Salah’s form is now a worry.

Yes we’ve made a fantastic start to the season but as fans we are entitled to moan. He’ll probably roll the same 11 out vs City this weekend when Milner clearly looks like he needs a rest.

He's been awful. We've had a great run of results without really playing consistently well and carrying Salah, not that Mane has been brilliant. There comes a point when we are going to have to try something else, not sure when that is though.

Awful is way harsh. He's still making great runs and showing up. Just the decision making and confidence to actually finish or be decisive is lacking. Only way is to keep playing him to get him through this. Maybe a bit of a rest would be good as well as we now have options.

That was a tough away CL game. Not saying City will be easy but a home league match will make a difference.

I thought his runs were pish tonight, also seems to have lost the ability to roll a tightly marking defender when recieving the ball to his feet - he destroyed defenders doing that last season.

I think we were overrun in midfield to be honest. Was almost a good point away from home.

Oh well. Shouldn’t derail the season. Onwards.
