We never ever hit form until after Christmas and usually we would of amassed a few 0-1's to give us an uphill struggle already.
I still think Klopp has orchestrated a new style which gets us the win without running us ragged which will see us better in the long run with less injuries

Correct me if I'm wrong, but we've never had such a good start to the season when Coutinho was here.
      Oh I don't know.

We have had an amazing start to the season - right in the hunt. 8 points more than last and two behind city as opposed to 12.

I think we've never had a better start to a Premiership season.
          * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

This time last season I think we had 22 points. 6 wins, 4 draws & 2 losses. Scored 24 goals and conceded 17.

This season 30 points from the 12 games with 9 wins and 3 draws. Scored 23 goals and conceded 5 goals.

It feels like we've not clicked in terms of goals as well as last year but to have only scored 1 less whilst conceding 12 less over the same period is an amazing step forward.

I think how we started last season gets forgotten about due to how well we played in the second half of last season.

This season has been a massive upgrade on last so far, and if we equal last season from December to May, then we are in for a hell of a wild ride.

If you're saying we dont need him then I dont agree. The front 3 were mostly doing most of the job last season. Now they're being hounded more with teams digging in deeper and more compact. If we had Coutinho behind those 3 he would find some amazing passes to set them off. He also enjoyed the odd long shot when he had room, and if the other team is sticking to the top 3 then he'd have more room to do his thing. Our current midfield players dont generally do that sort of thing and its something we'd really like to have.

What I'm saying is that with him in the squad we generally dropped more points and conceded more goals than we have so far this season, particularly against those teams in the lower league positions.

And selling him paid for Alisson and VVD

Imagine if 2 or even 3 sides could go through the season unbeaten. Or if we remained unbeaten but lost out to City after beating them at the Etihad.

I think there's going to be some hearts broken this season

Move on. Coutinho has long been gone.

Keita and Chamberlain will fill the void in due time.
                          Are we winning?

I refuse. Also they're not the same type of player.
