Resting a 1st team player for 45 minutes and possibly losing 3 points and the title is just too risky...
We pulled it back but doubt we would have without the changes. Nt so much rest from the rotation really...
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

No more rotation, let's play 4-4-2 and zonal marking is the end of the world.

Good result, hate Dyche, hope Burnley get relegated.

What a fantastic start to the season. I can't believe that we're winning every game. It looks sustainable too. Couldn't be happier.

It turned out fine but I was worried by the 7 changes, in fairness most of the players who came in did well, I suspect that we will see a few more games that that many changes over the next month or so.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

What a season the lads are delivering so far.
As likely as Wolves were to beat Chelsea, the same can be said for them beating City. Hazard could turn it on and Morata could score... Oh hold on no not likely, let's hope Giroud starts lol

Playing Mo from the start against cloggers like Burnley is asking for trouble. Bringing him on if needed, against players who were visibly tiring was a far safer option.

We have a squad for a reason, and we will need them all over this period, so I think we will have to get used to seeing much changed line-ups until the end of Jan.

Fingers crossed it's nothing serious for Gomez.

Or another way of looking at it is that we only had to play Mo and Bobby for 25 minutes to win that game. Otherwise they were well rested and they would have been kicked to bits in that first half.

This is what the squad is for. The starting line up isn't the be all etc etc.
              Oh I don't know.

Only rotate AFTER the job is done. . This is our year, obviously once city hit their blip, but we must be sure not to drop any points and never take these "****e teams" for granted.

                    That doesn’t make any sense.
We can’t have the same 11 start every single game and making subs after 70 mins isn’t going to keep the team fresh across the whole season.

I don't understand some of you. You've been crying for years and years and years for us to spend some money to get some quality players and the day we do that and we start rotating to give these players a game, you start moaning.

A bit of serial moaning going on here.

Our midfielders and forwards, with the work they do as an attacking and a defending force, cannot play every game. Resting/rotating players is sensible, and the whole point of having a big squad.

Hopefully Clyne is fit, TAA can't play every game. Unless we see Fabinho as cover?

Totally despondent when they scored and saw no way back. Absolutely ecstatic and buzzing now. Football eh.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

For the first time since May 2017, Klopp started a match without Salah, Firmino or Mane.

This was Liverpool's 21st competitive game of the campaign and, with a lunchtime kick-off at Bournemouth on Saturday followed by a must-win Champions League game against Napoli on Tuesday, the Liverpool boss made wholesale changes.
                              Another MASSIVE game

I think the goal they scored was against the run of play.

We were terrible the first 30 minutes but finished the first half strong and continued it into the second.

Some really quick passing and interplay that I feel we have been missing this season.

I didn't think it would be easy after they scored but we were on top.
