I don't think they'd have it behind closed doors so in the case of.a mass epidemic it'd be just ended. The speed with which things are going we may get another 2 games in

Why not? What about relegation battle teams? It's not fair for them to end the league. Norwich just beat the 3rd place team, who knows how the league will end up down there.

That's my concern. We've been told the virus will get worse for months, just can't see where they will find the time to end the season. It's daft to postpone them, people will just congregate somewhere else

If they cancel the season they would still have to decide who gets Europe places, I hope they are discussing it at least, it should be fairly obvious that we win the title, rather undisputed, but they should try and find a solution and announce it so everybody can be on the same page.

I assume if they cancel the season they would go from the results at the end of last season and pretend this one never happened, the teams that qualified for Europe this season (based on last year) would qualify next year,. Similarly the PL and leagues down from it would have no promotion or relegation based on anything that happened this year. 2020-21 would effectively be a restart of this season.

I think they will see this as the fairest way, if they were to end the season after 30 games or so and relegate some teams etc they would complain that some sides have had a tougher run of fixtures than others. We would be the main team to lose out.

FA are mercenary fcks. No way they'd cancel games and lose the TV revenue.

That was pre-VAR too though. I remember them being lucky a few times.

One particular game was at home to Portsmouth. I think they were one nil down and Pires kicked Dejan Stefanovic and threw himself to the floor. Penalty. 1-1.

Don't get me wrong, their team was awesome. But ours is better

I know it's difficult to compare but was the rest of the league weaker back then?

Back then as I recall it was only Arsenal & the Scum who were way ahead of the rest whereas now even the likes of Wolves are loaded & can buy top tier talent?
