But Olympiakos v Wolves is ok to go ahead?!

Just a group of Arsenal players potentially affected by the Olympiakos owner then. None of the actual Olympiakos team?

    Am I missing something?

yep if you believe that the Owner didn't speak to any of his own players but spoke to some Arsenal players and staff......

So I think whats happened, is that Arsenal have told the PL that because of the Olympiakos Owner, some of their players have had to self isolate. Meaning that they are at an unfair disadvantage. Which is why the PL have freaked out and postponed. Which tbh is sensible.

But UEFA need the game to go ahead for some reason at all costs, so they are making them play it. Just pause the competition.

So basically no Arsenal players and no Man city players have the virus and still the PL decided to postpone the game

Massive massive heap of wank that will escalate rapidly. No way this season reaches a conclusion

                Got it.

Although, why Arsenal can't use their squad to fulfill their fixtures is beyond me.

We dont fully know what is happening though. Olympiakos owner only told people he had it yesterday. So Im guessing testing is only just being done.

If this hits a PL squad, it could ravage through the league. PL and clubs have a duty of care to their staff. Its no different from your colleague coming back from Italy.

Massive incompetence by the PL, you can rely on them to make the wrong decision every time.

Looks like they'll be choosing from the same three options that the Italians are - let's hope they don't **** it up but apparently there are rules written down somewhere that state if all fixtures cannot be completed then the season is void.

The FA and Gareth better not be ****ing things up behind the scenes, friendlies ffs

Why is it massive incompetence from the PL?

Any club worth their salt will be taking precautionary testing themselves

IE regularly monitoring players temperatures and probably having tests for anyone showing even the slightest sniffle
