    Aye.

Also the likes of David Silva, Bernado Silva, Mascherano, Kante, Joe Allen , Modric, Verratti, Shaqiri, Battle Toad, Insigne, Xavi, Alexis Sanchez, Lahm, Aguerro, Hazard and many many more.

Short and, in the cases of most of the above, not strongly built before they started to fill out after their teens.

Your av made me double take for a second. Thought I had a spider on the screen.

Plenty of guys with his pace, his height and general size/weight that are excellent footballers in the PL and in other top leagues.

He is still only 19 and will only get physically stronger in the coming years so he adds that and a bit more positional awareness (which will probably come too), and there is no reason why he cannot do very well in certain positions.
    Diego Maradona ?

To be fair, size was never an issue for the Great Dane.

Thought he had a great game and so pleased he got his goal.

Him and Carv covered the most ground last night which goes to show how much we need younger legs in the team.

If we were purring like normal then he'd have more time and space and he'd look like a worldie imo. He's really being made to work for it atm

Think RM or playing as an AM if there is a solid base behind him is probably going to be where he plays best.

Not totally sold on him at RW (though will take that over him playing as a CM or at RCM every day of the week )

Not worried about his size/lack of height as he will naturally get physically stronger in the coming years and his low centre of gravity will be complimented by that extra strength.

Think the biggest weakness in his game (at present and age/lack of experience no doubt plays a big part in this) is how much he roams no matter what his starting position is.

That is fine if he is in a free role or one that allows him to wander about without impacting those around him, but when he starts in a more structured role that roaming cause problems against any team better than Rangers.

Where we are often starting Bobby at present would be a good position for him to start in imo. But then where do we start Bobby.

Isn't he the same height and build as Bernardo Silva?

I’ve been thinking about what position he will be suited to as he progresses though his career and what former players he could be similar to that might suggest his role. Clearly he’s not the most athletic or possesses exceptional acceleration that all top level forwards seem to have these days but his in game intelligence, touch and eye for a pass at 19 are though exceptional, are we going to see a similar player to Paul Scholes?

Or am I just smashed again, like every time I post?
