Elliott has improved this season and his defensive work and passing is a lot better, but he's absolutely no replacement for Salah on the right. Salah is poor by his own standards at the moment but apart from the very occasional long range shot Elliott is a very poor finisher.

I think we should try him as false 9.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

I’d start him for Salah next game.

Maybe to give Salah a rest on Thursday

Stonking dive to win the penalty. If we win the league by a point or on GD it'll be ever so glorious

It was a corker indeed, although it was a daft tackle to begin with.

He was great again when he came on, it's his work rate he just never stops. Big improvement from Harvey this season all across his game.

The Man Utd player slides in and doesn't get the ball, yeah Elliott could probably have avoided the contact if he wanted to but no PL player isn't going down in that situation
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

There's no way Elliott could stop himself falling, he cleverly hung his foot out to make sure there was contact

I think Harvey will explode next year & become our De Bruyne.
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

You think there's a small De Bruyne gestating inside Elliott just waiting for the right time to escape its host body?

His all round play is much improved but he needs to work on his shooting big time.

Kevin De Bruyne (14) and Rodri (9) are the only two Premier League players that have provided more assists than Harvey Elliott (8) in 2024.

How does De Bruyne play half a season and do that.

Good on Elliot especially as he doesn’t start all the time.
