Interesting game, it's almost a case of too much room to cross and too many opportunities too, almost like when a striker has forever to pick a side 1 v 1.

Would like a second goal quite early here, don't want them bringing Lacazette on with the game still in the balance.

Does anyone think they'd have given a pen for the pulling on VVD if Matip hadn't scored?

I assume that they are supposed to add the time on for that, but they really don't seem to, given how many VAR reviews there have been this season surely we should be seeing games with 6+ mins of added time, given it is supposed to be 30 seconds per sub, or goal plus any time for stoppages, but I can't say I have noticed added time getting longer this season (since VAR came in)

I think that they probably should, but I'm not sure that they would. So far this season VAR doesn't seem to have given many pens, most I have seen have been given by the ref and confirmed by VAR, can't think of many where the initial decision is made by VAR.

Awful implementation of it so far. Even the World Cup wasn't this bad and that had the ref running over to the monitor for every decision.

                Peno !!!!!!

Speaking of pens, we have one for Luiz pulling Salah back
