I hate having these thoughts but what if Alisson comes back and makes a mistake because he's been rushed? I'd almost prefer Adrian for ne more game

Adrian has been an amazing deputy and we are luck to have him but Alisson is the best keeper in the world - if he is fit he plays. Anyone can make a mistake so it may well happen - fitness is the only concern

Exactly what I was thinking Norbs. But if he is to be introduced to one of our easiest games of the season it has to be this one. Hopefully we can put enough chances away where one or even two mistakes don't matter.

The bigger concern about rushing him back would be injury again.

If he's not ready then I'm sure we won't risk him. Adrian's been a very good stand in and we're unbeaten.
Playing him too soon after his pre season was cut short is what caused the injury in the first place, we won't take that risk again.
He'll only play if we're happy he's ready this time.

I think that might have been the rationale v Leicester.... I suspect that Ali was ready but we decided not to play him. Probably the fact that he would then be flown all round the world with Brazil was a factor in that decision.

Might partially explain why Klopp went bat**** when we got the peno. Adrian should have done better for Leicester goal......but we got away with it
