It's not just the fact we are unbeaten in 32 PL games the thing that is most impresive is we have won 23 out of the last 24

However it counts for nothing if we don't win the league...
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

A lad I know watches City home and away, domestically and in Europe. Never misses one. He's an absolute cunt on Twitter, unbearably cocksure about City, but irl he's sound. About 6 weeks ago, when the gap was about 6, he messaged me and went "mate, we've no chance against you now, you've lost one big game in about two years and even that had nothing in it, you're better than us, simple as that"

I played it down at the time, but he's right. And given the bottomless pit of money they have, what Klopp has done, and is doing, is absolutely ****ing incredible.
I’m cherry picking. But this is where it is at....

Shaq was great tonight considering it's his first start since jan.

Some of his touches are sublime. Hope he gets more minutes.

Yep, he was superb. Him, Mane and Origi the top 3 for sure imo.

We are just relentless. We won games every possible way.

Our lead over them is massive. And Leicester have to play them twice.

The way Klopp is managing the squad. We now go to Bournemouth (who can’t play Harry Wilson) and they will have had three games in a week and we’ve been able to rest 4 or 5 players.

If we make the club World Cup thing into basically a training camp. We are going to come back with arguable a game in hand and an 8 point lead assuming City beat Leicester.

It’s a real position of strength.

Not a single one of us saw this sort of dominance coming in the summer. 2 points from perfection after 15 games.

I had Gini, Big Shaq, Derek......as good as Mane was, the 2 chances he didnt finish dropped him out of the top 3

                  I loved watching him.
I only watched the 2nd half, Shaq was very involved throughout

Very much so. It doesnt feel right to leave him out of the top 3.....lf he had notched his hat trick he would have been mom.A little harsh.....maybe, but its small margins

Got to be honest, I suspected that last season was somewhat of an over achievement and thought we'd be in a battle for 2nd and 3rd this year, when we didn't make attacking purchases (That could still end up being something of an issue, but Origi is proving that his form wasn't a blip either, and Shaq and Ox back in the first team, we do seem to have better cover than expected). But no, we just are this good, this is the level we're at now. We could win this title and it wouldn't feel like a surprise anymore.

Justifies Klopp and our strength in depth not going out to buy anybody this summer. Kept a tight knit group and players happy.
                              Are we winning?
