The player who epitomises The club is undoubtedly Henderson. He knows where the club has come from, the hard times, the almosts and the struggle. His own journey is not dissimilar to the clubs over the last decade.

He will be a fitting captain assuming we do the necessary.

The more you read of his leadership off the pitch, the challenges he has faced down the derision that has driven him on the more you respect him.

Legendary status awaits him. In 20 years time his will be the face we associate with iconic moments.

That's quite beautiful Buzzo, but you can't hide your Robbo crush.

Trent for me, he's so exciting to watch, is totally grounded and will be a world star for the next 15 years

Love Hendo too for his class and ability to win over the fans. Robbo is the one I'd most like to go for a beer with.

            Robertson. Purely because he's Scottish.

The similarities between the cities of Liverpool and Glasgow have been much documented over the years. Some of the greatest players and managers in the club's history came from Glasgow and the West of Scotland.

When there's such a dearth of genuine world class Scottish players it fills me with pure joy that in this great Liverpool team we've got a Scottish left back. A player who's there on merit.

It's as though the club has come full circle. We've been waiting 30 year for both a league title and a great Scottish player to make his mark on the club. Charlie Adam apart we've not had that player.

            Robbo

I don't know what's up with him. Yesterday he said Trent was the best fullback in the world. Someone take his temperature ffs

                I never said that.

As mentioned above with a subtle #26 Robbo is also my favourite player.

For all the reason the TattieShooter mentions above.

                      Bobby.

To be so unselfish says a lot about the person.

And he's just an outrageously talented player.

Of all time it's one of Hansen, Gerrard or Fowler for me. We're lucky to have such a pool to choose from

I am quite partial to Millie... But possibly VVD. After that its impossible to chose, asthey are all fantastic.

All time its probably Fowler. Then Barnes and Gerrard... then Suarez.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06
