Who's your favourite Liverpool player?

Robertson. Purely because he's Scottish.

The similarities between the cities of Liverpool and Glasgow have been much documented over the years. Some of the greatest players and managers in the club's history came from Glasgow and the West of Scotland.

When there's such a dearth of genuine world class Scottish players it fills me with pure joy that in this great Liverpool team we've got a Scottish left back. A player who's there on merit.

It's as though the club has come full circle. We've been waiting 30 year for both a league title and a great Scottish player to make his mark on the club. Charlie Adam apart we've not had that player.

Too hard to choose from my lifetime. So many.

From the current squad I think I'd have to go with TAA

As a kid my favourite players were Rush and Barnes, as a teenager Fowler and Mcmanaman. Since then Gerrard, Hyypia, Alonso, Torres, Suarez, At the moment I'm not really sure I have one I like alot of the current team, it just seems to be at a level we haven't been at in a long long time.
