I can imagine that if roles were reversed and City came to Anfield having just won the League we would be pumped up to give them a kicking and they would be a bit flat. I choose not to see any relevance to a game played in such bizarre circumstances. We know City will be right up there next season - but will they be consistent enough? And will we? Who knows? I think we should focus on us, not them. I guess I worry a little about what the loss of our fans might to us do in the long run... Have to say I like him, and it’s good to see a respectful rivalry between him and klopp. There’s never any petty mind games- apart from when he called Mane a diver. Both managers give such compliments to each other’s teams any time they’re asked- both class acts. Wouldn’t see that from Ferguson/Jose/Wenger, back in the day..
