A point would only be enough if If Leicester beat Chelsea and we can get ahead of their goal difference, they are on 22 and we're on 18.

4th would still qualify for CL if they win.

Yeah, that's the last thing we need to worry about.

I don't give us any chance of winning four in a row with this lot.

Don't need to worry about winning 4 games in a row, just need to focus on the next one fail to win tonight and it's over.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

If we win all of our games, then top 4 is certainty.

Win tonight and we have a great chance in my view

              Even if they finish 5th?

I can't see us winning the last 4 games. Not enough players in form for us to do that.

Yes. Just means England would have 5 teams in the CL. The top 4 plus Chelsea as holders.

The only threat to 4th as a qualifying spot was a team from outside the top 4 (Arsenal) winning the Europa League.

Yeah, I agree. I don't think we'll get the last CL place. Question for me is whether a year without Europe (Europa) would help or hinder us i.e. do we want 5th place.

Look how Utd have used the Europa to give experience to squad players.

We want the games for sure.

That's a good point. However, our threadbare squad has suffered this season because of the amount of games.

Klopp's always favoured a small squad (and a fairly rigid system). Be interesting to see if he changes next season.

BTW - I still honestly believe Klopp is the best manager in the world.

Squad isn't threadbare though. Did you mean threadbare as a result of getting the amount of injuries?

Even Man City would have struggled if they had to go through the amount of injuries we had this season.
                          Are we winning?

Even when we've been good under klopp we always given them too much respect and invited pressure. Now we're not very good I don't see it getting any easier. Right now we don't have an A game, arguably not even a B game. Let them off the leash and pray we get lucky.

6th will still likely get Europa League too. And with the Europa Conference, we’d need to drop to 8th to avoid Europe altogether.

I do think we’d benefit massively on the pitch from the freed up schedule though.

                                Yes - because of injuries.

But I also think we don't have great strength in depth. We've relied on core of world class players being uninjured and playing at 100%.

Fair point. We saw that last year (e.g. Laporte). However, they have incredible strength in depth.
