His all-round play has not been great since the restart last season. First season he was usually the best player on the pitch, not anymore. But he scores.

That pen decision was ****ing ridiculous and completely changed to flow of the game.

They pressed really well after that and we started forcing thing to almost try and get back on level terms immediately.

Wijnaldum had a stinker for me that first half. He wasn't alone but he stood out.

What this has shown is that without VVD the ball just stick when launched foward to their lumps.

We weren't too bad before their goal and after ours; in between was sub-par to put it mildly. Rough-house tactics from Sheffield United and we keep coming out second best. We should have enough to comfortably beat them, with or without Virgil.
