Fat Sam got his tactics spot in, dig in and push us out wide, try keep within touching distance and try grab late one. Complete lack of any urgency from our manager and our team team.

Yeah, but you’ll get deflections for corners etc. Those clipped balls in were both working at all.

Not sure what else the manager can do given our team has been decimated.

Shaqiri likely a token gesture on the bench with the added numbers and his lack of training.

That game was made for Shaqiri, we need someone who can thread balls through the spaces. Ox can drive but utterly useless against a team camped in our half and he's techicnally poor.

I had the sentiment that a win here and vs Newcastle as we would be putting a bit of a lead at the top. Now it’s wide open this race. City and United are having momentum and it’s going to be a nervous derby against United in 3 weeks time. We need to get Matip fit for that.
              Are we winning?

Because we are not clinical enough

We'll probably still win the league. Just. Doesn't mean his point doesn't stand, these draws against ****e are killing us.

I blame your triple captain of Salah .....I did the ****ing same . It was like a performance of many years ago - dominate the ball, no clear chances and concede to a set piece.

With United, Leicester and Chelsea dropping points we **** up at home - we never look good after a break. They must run the players into the ground - games like this is what we bought Thiago for......

I’ll be annoyed for a while after that

decimated? That was two players off our strongest 11.

I think the game might have come too soon for him. Another week and he would have come on instead of Ox but the idea wasn’t bad. I just don’t understand why we put in that many crosses second half instead of playing like we did most of the first half.

Especially when at least half of them went floating right over the box.

Agree with all of that. Games like that are made for Thiago.

Our front three are reknowned for lots of things. But attacking floaty crosses against a back 6 is not one of them.

very frustrating. We looked lethargic and completely devoid of ideas. Massive points dropped against really poor opposition.
