Me too - I just wanted that wait to be over. I would have accepted them winning the year after but I don’t think they will - City looked poised and Aguero coming back is massive for them with their defence looking rock solid.

All fit we are much better but right now the injuries are compounded by the fact key available players are out of form and this lot are flying high. I’ve said a few times they have the tools to hurt us but if we keep the ball and stop their ability to counter at source then we can strangle them - our counter press will be v important.

Having a full week to prepare should be a good thing but we tend to start slow after breaks and I this time will be different. We need to set the tone from the off and show them who are top dogs. The week should also allow for tactical work on the defence depending on who starts next to Fab

Just a thought! Anyone think TAA would be decent at CB, filling at RB wouldn’t be such a worry. Hendo, Williams and Philips seriously worry me at CB for various reasons.

No. It’s not like defending is even really one of Trent’s strengths.
It’s similar to moving Henderson imo, you’re just weakening one position without even particularly strengthening at CB.

Taa is a liability as it is. Playing neco Williams off him at right back would be catastrophic.

They'll sit back and counter attack. If they score first we're in trouble.

I mentioned Gini as CB the other day & whilst unlikely, him at CB & Hendo in the middle as opposed to vice/versa would be my preference
