Interesting:

In their last six games the attacking process Burnley have put together is only bettered by Liverpool and Chelsea in terms of expected goals output. They have averaged 14.6 shots per 90 minutes too in that period - the sixth best return in the Premier League over those six games with Chris Wood and Matej Vydra providing a brilliant platform to play off.

Yeah I think up until recently they'd outscored us in 2021. Not sure if that's still the case.

They are pretty poor at home in the league. 9 home games in a row without a win and only 6 goals scored in that time. Most they have scored in a single game in that run is one goal.


Away from home they are a different beast. Their last 9 away league games they have scored 15 times and had 5 wins.


Like them, we have been much better away from home than at home since the start of the year. We have won 7 of our last 9 away games in the league and scored 20 times in that run.

Now the false hope has set in again. The front 3 have been ****house voles during 2021 and now you are expecting them to turn it on in the last couple of games and get us back into the CL
