        It's mad alright. Utd always seemed to win for a while. But it was a different era and they did what was needed to be dominate then. When you think back to our teams in 70's and 80's, we barely used 15 or 16 players the whole season despite lumps getting kicked out of them and more league games and Cup replays.

        It's impossible to compare teams from different periods in history as the game changes, not necessarily for the better but evolve it does.

            That can't be true cos we didn't reach the final of the 1981 FA Cup.

                    By this time next week there will be only 2 PL games left to play.

                    Dream scenario here:

                    We beat Spurs. +2
                    City held to draw vs Newcastle. +1
                    We beat Villa on Tuesday night. +4
                    City then play Wolves away…

                    Whatever happens this one is going to the wire.

                        Not in the cup. You are eligible to play in every round to the final. Doesn’t happen to any but two teams.
