Like everyone else surprised that VVD was rested rather than Matip, absolutely shocked that Origi starts. It'll be interesting to see where Origi and Jota line up, I suspect Jota in the middle and Origi on the left but Jota has played on the left last year and Origi is better through the middle

Yup. Surprised Origi makes his first start of the season.

I didn't think Thiago would start. I doubt we'll see him play two games a week, unless he is he over the pain he suffered last year.

Fair play to Kloppo, he isn't afraid to make the big calls and he seems from the outside to be fair with players who are not playing a lot but maybe training well when an opportunity comes up.
