They bypassed Keita by running too. Cheating ****s.Originally posted by Harv View PostDidn't think he was that bad TBH. Atelti just completely bypassed midfield with quick long diagonals. If anything it showed up TAA and Robbo for being out of position.
I was still half asleep though in the first half, so may be wrong

Its absolutely astonishing that we won that last night, given that every single player on the pitch aside from Salah and Allison were pub standard at best
Lucky *******sI saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

Can't be arsed trawling through the whole thread, but this was a fantastic result, even more so if we take into account that Atletico had the weekend off for their players, while Naby for example played his fourth game in just over a week.* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Loved that we matched them in terms of fight and heart. They are an unbelievably tough team. They are relentless and apart from being a gang of cunts, they have a lot in common with the way we press and fight it out.
In a way the red card was a little annoying as people will say we only won against 10 men

Oh and apologies if it's already been mentioned but Suarez's "performance" last night was
.
Shoving VVD over off the ball and getting away with

Doing the Harry Kane dangerous "trick" trying to win a free kick (again on VVD!)
Nearly getting himself sent off for stupidly complaining about it.
All in about a 10 minute period. Nutjob. I actually think that's why he didn't start. Simeone knew he'd probably not last the 90 without a red. A bit like how Fergurson used to drop Rooney against us sometimes.

It must be annoying AS **** to get the same question time and time again. He answered it perfectly at least three times I have seen. And you still get some idiot trying to create a narrative.Originally posted by Pepe79 View PostMedia keeping the ****housing going post match

It was the ****ty way that interviewer asked too. Pretending not to know what could possibly have gotten Klopp ‘very angry’ to insinuate that he threw a tantrum over nothing.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostIt must be annoying AS **** to get the same question time and time again. He full well Klopp was reacting to Simeone swerving the handshake and running off down the tunnel. As he revealed the second Klopp asked him to clarify what he was referring to

Simeone was pretty magnanimous after the game
Simeone asked if Atlético were unlucky with the referee: "No, no, I can get angry on the pitch, but just as the referee makes mistakes, we do the same. If the VAR says that it wasn't a penalty, then it wasn't. Griezmann's red was correct. I am not happy since we lost, but the team is strong.
