We bottled that. Tiredness is not an excuse, all huff and puff. We spent our energy early to get a goal, but our attackers were bad, the keeper did well but I only recall one shot that wasn’t too close to him. By the end we had nothing.

Our superstar player has lost it. A good Mo salah in the second half of this season and we win the lot.

I don't agree. This isn't a bottling team in any shape or form. Just too many games this season, particularly for Mane and Salah, and we we've been flat in the last couple of months, with good reason. It's a shame, but I'm not going down the route of questioning their character after such an amazing season, no matter how disappointed i am tonight.
