Does he mention being a life long Red, and how he used to always wear his green Hitachi shirt to bed
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

This is a pretty good critical analysis of him for those of us that have watched him a limited amount of times. Some pro's and cons. It does highlight his lack of explosiveness to separate between himself and his opponent and suggests it could be a big issue playing for a club like Liverpool who come up against settled defences.

Not a big fan myself but definitely see Klopp improving him and can see him being a success for us.

The lack of explosive pace criticism is harsh IMO. He looks plenty fast enough. He flies past defenders with ease. That same thread also suggests Luis Diaz lacks explosiveness which is even more daft as he's absolutely rapid!

Some of the criticisms in there look valid though:
He is predictable in his cutting inside and crossing too much.
His assist stats are definitely flattering as he takes every single set-piece for PSV. That won't happen for us.

We'll see how he does, but I think a lot of the caution is about him coming straight from the Dutch league and the voodoo that surrounds that. I don't hold too much stock in that, if you're good enough you'll succeed.

For me it is a relatively low risk transfer at the price and I think it will pay off.

I guess its hard to say umtil we know what position he will play in. But his lack of acceleration can be offset by good movement and overlapping runs, so I am not worried about that. I imagine Diaz will be first choice wide left. If he plays midfield I am more concerned that he can press for 90 minutes as thats where we create chanaces when we force errors.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.
