There's so much more to his game than those highlights. Lots of running off the ball, closing down passing channels for opposition players, etc.

Rotated with Diaz so ended up playing as a false 9 for a fair amount of the game. The link up with Salah for his goal was classic centre forward play.

If anything he missed out by not making the most of another couple of chances.

Love his ability, his energy and his winners mentality.

Agree about the managing his minutes but he’s more used to pace of the league now plus we don’t play the same under Slot so it shouldn’t be as big of a deal as last season. Absolute beast mode today.

Really just needs a few goals to complete the mix. We have a good mix of players in our midfield. I reckon if we get a DM to replace Endo (poor ******* cant get a game... I know he has a lack of pace and height, but I thought he played really well last year after he adapted to the pace) then we will be well suited for the next 6-7 years.
Endo has done really, really well - great attitude and always shows up - obviously talented. But even Endo doing that well probably isn't enough for what we need - even in reserve. I do still find it strange he hasn't been played more though.

    He was excellent again.

His atheticism is off the charts, hope he's not burning himself out with the immense shifts he's putting in.

Starting to find his feet in the system a bit more at the moment. We know he runs all day but feels like there is more end product coming and he’s definitely growing. With Elliot back will we seem him play a bit deeper at times.
