I'm a Liverpool fan and I believe Szob should be investigated for substance use. He's always the first player to put in a 20 metre sprint, at full pelt too, and the last after 98 minutes.

I’m sure I saw a stat where he (and Grav) lead in metres covered.
Looking at his previous stats he did get more goals - but from memory he was a pen taker so they may be slightly inflated!

It's part of the reason we've looked so solid defensively
I thought we were signing the new Michael Ballack based on YouTube clips and not having seen loads of him but he is very different to what I expected.
His work rate and tracking is one of the reasons why we are in this position and he might be sacrificing himself for the good of the team. I do expect a little more on the ball but as long as we are winning then it’s good

Yeah, I was thinking & hoping of a 2nd coming of Gerrard but that's a tall ask!Originally posted by fabinho View PostHe seemed to be quite a dynamic player before he came to us, was genuinely excited, whilst I understand he's working hard out there, I was hoping we'd see a bit more from him on the goal front.

I swear people just look at goals, assists and dribbles as metrics to measure performance. He is a machine out there. There's no way we are as defensively solid as we are without him doing this. Yes, it would be great if he could finish some of these chances he gets, or hit better final balls at times, but he's a beast of a runner out there

You seem to be engaging in this conversation whilst doing something else as well, please come back later when you have to the time to focus.

Id have lime to have seen Elliott come on as the opposition gets tired but he had not got on the pitch yet this season (prior to the injury).

Whats happening with him? He doesn’t seem to bring much lately, I was expecting him to make more of an impact on games.

We are going to score some beautuful team goals this season that will evoke memories of the Liverpool 5 nil thrashing of Forest that some wiill still have on Doovde.
How that game stayed 5 nil is still a thing of mystery.
The final scoreline flattered Forest.

The genius that is Carragher claiming that the miss could have cost us the game.
Roll on when we win something again and the same Carragher will be trying to hitch his flag to the bandwagon and gurning away like his gums are bothering him.
Was this post match? It’s ridiculous, sure, he should have just gone earlier with his left foot but he’s trying to stand his man before slotting home. Jota also tried similar during the game and if they’d pulled it off it would have been applauded.
Wrong move as risk didn’t pay off this time but it’s great to have players that back themselves with such skill because there will be times this season it gets a goal from nowhere because of it
