He’s raised his game this season. Only part I’ll say is he can try a bit too much deeper in his own half and get himself under unnecessary pressure but he’s new to that role and he’ll learn and get better. But his energy is ridiculous.

Having phenomenal athletic ability is one thing, having the mentality to use it when you’re also one of the most skilful players on the pitch is something else. Many of us thought we were signing a Gerrard regen whenever he joined, but it looks like we've maybe got a younger, better version of Milner instead.
