Endo the day some of our best players have needed a season to settle in.. lower quality players took time to come good too (crouch an obvious one) so I’m fine seeing how he goes, too early to write off I think
This, prime example was Fabinho. Never made the team for several months to allow him to acclimatise to role, system, style, etc…..
Well imo it looks like he'll start on Sunday. I'm not sure he's ready but that's negated by getting Alexis into the 8 role which is imperative, I think.
Alternative is keeping Mac in the 6 with Szobo and Gravenberch or Elliott ahead. I think I prefer the former.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
If it gets Macca away from those risky little passes around the box that leaves your arse twitching then good!
Want Macca higher up the pitch, we're wasting his best asset playing so deep.

Yep, Endo, Alexis and Dom would be my preferred starting midfielders against Brighton
Thought he had a decent game. I noticed him doing some good work during the first half and always making himself available for a pass. Obviously had **** all to do in his main defensive role though.
I think he's made a decent enough start for us, not played his way into the first eleven yet but nothing to get upset about either.
Another factor is that he rarely gets a lot of starting time within a team made up of our regular starters, so he gets a run out here and there with players who are getting minutes here and there like he does.
So difficult to build up on pitch understandings with players.
He has been decent for the most part, as you said, and every game in which he starts or comes on as a sub is allowing another player to get a break before a PL game.
He is doing the role of a squaddie and think he needs to be judged as a squaddie rather than a starter.

Weren't we told that they wouldn't sell him while they were still in the Copa Libertadores, so basically if we wanted him come back in January. Hopefully if we are still interested we've already agreed a deal and that can be done as soon as the window opens.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Spot on. Hopefully there’s some sort of agreement in place & it happens as soon as the window opens.

Yeah Fluminese said in the summer to come back and talk to them in December:
Liverpool were told in no uncertain terms that they were not going to be able to sign Andre in the summer, with Fluminense president Mario Bittencourt telling them they would need to return in January after the Copa Libertadores campaign.
Speaking last month, Bittencourt told ESPN Brasil : "Liverpool's Chief Executive [Billy Hogan] contacted me directly. I replied to him: 'My friend, I don't sell players now and I don't deliver them now.
"If you want to buy now, and only get the player in January, we can start talking... Or if you want to wait until December, we can talk in December."
I wonder why we gave him a 4 year deal. Surely he'd have jumped at the opportunity even if we'd offered only 2 years. There's still time for him to make his mark but it's looking so far like one of those loan deals the manager clearly wasn't on board with. On the flip side it's always going to be hard to integrate a player like him when the stakes are so high in the league. I'm hoping he becomes a useful sub option to close out games.
