Sounds like you're right and "protocol" might not have been followed.

A further 2 games? Isn't it an automatic 3 match ban as it will presumably be deemed violent conduct which is standard.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

It can be extended to 4 games if it's deemed a frivolous appeal.

So 1 extra game, but not 2.

              What a ****ing shambles.

Based on various opinions on here, and with pundits, the Jones decision is going to vary based on POV (yellow for me). But. Having a still of Jones with machete in hand and the guys blood soaked leg in his mouth on screen when the ref rocks up 100% prejudices the decision.

It looked suspicious at the time. Backed up with the cluster **** off whatever went on with the non goal it looks like a bias. The only thing that wards your mind from thinking it is outright corruption is how 'in plain sight' it all was...

It calls the whole competition into question. Whereas before, you accepted human error that it was just the way off the game, now, there are really no excuses - everything exists to make the correct decision, and this one was not up for debate it was cut and dry.

There is some unknown factor here. What were they actually watching, as if they were watching the game and the decision had to be made then the error they made is surely impossible.

What the **** was going on???

That is why the audio will never see the light of day - they are in a deep ****ing hole and an acknowledgement of error isn’t enough

Saying they're going to release it soon. If they do, will it be the full transcript, I very much doubt it.

Dale Johnson, the ESPN VAR guy, has reported that the audio will be released.

You jest but that is probably exactly what's happening. If there are any journalists worth their while out there they need to be checking the location of each official. A pound says they're all together somewhere

Sure. If the idiots in charge follow their own rules. But we've learned they dont.

Ref's audio would need stadium noise in the background. I am sure someone is ready and waiting with the tools to check if the ref audio matches with when he is speaking in the ground and what TV footage shows the noice to be at that point
