Ake skipped by 2 players before slotting it to Haaland between the CBs. It wasn't as if Ali hit it directly to a manc player with only the keeper to beat, like he did earlier in the game. Mistakes happen but that that doesn't mean everybody else involved subsequent to the mistake is automatically absolved of culpability.

Mistakes happen but that that doesn't mean everybody else involved subsequent to the mistake is automatically absolved of culpability.

Okay, sure, we didn’t react well enough. Trent didn’t put much of a tackle in, but no scuffed kick, no goal. When we’ve kept our shape we have defended quite well in the circumstances.

Tactics have been spot on and we’ve played very well. Really slowed the tempo and limited them to very little. As good as you could hope for in a first half away to cheat code FC. One **** up and they score, it’s how it works.
