So many inconsistencies, from onfield officials, pundits and commentary. Iain Wright uggested Ayew's cards were harsh while also saying the 2nd yellow was a yellow. They suggested VVD was using some dark arts to get Ayew booked and yet agree Ayew shouldn't have done it. It's laughable, not one person has analysed their tactics, the were architects of their own downfall ffsOriginally posted by RedReet View PostPalace have made the most tackles in the PL (by a fair margin), but had zero red cards before yesterday, and the second least amount of bookings.
We on the other hand have made the 3rd least amount of tackles, but lead the way for red cards.
As the old saying how's, **** them.

Ayew was behind Virg and stepped in front of him intentionally to prevent a quick free kick. He then gestures like he's trying to get out of the way, whether that's to fool the ref or it's genuine after he realised you can't do that any more, but the damage was already done and his actions prevented Virg taking a quick free quick. No complaints.Originally posted by Norbs View PostSo many inconsistencies, from onfield officials, pundits and commentary. Yeah, and it's obvious to us but never mentioned by the commentary or in the post match analysis. It's quite bizarreOriginally posted by RedReet View PostAyew was behind Virg and stepped in front of him intentionally to prevent a quick free kick. And how weird is it that Roy has no reaction to anything during the game. Maybe it's medical instruction not to get over excited. His face warmed up when he met that famous fella Klopp at the end of the game

Ward was already on a yellow, so he should have been off for that tackle. Ref just didn't have the bottle to give it and reduce them to 9 men.Originally posted by SB View PostI didn’t see a card shown on my feed. Agree there should be something done about it as potentially it could have been a leg breaker

Great win. Poor performance but 3 games in 7 days, so points is all that matters.
On another note, I was at the game and Luis Diaz’s dad was right night to me. Tiny bloke, but a bit of a celebrity. Was asked for loads of selfies and he was happy to pose for all of them. For the second half, he had to stand on a seat to see

He’d have been gutted ( like the rest of us ) to see his lads goal disallowedOriginally posted by Craig_H View PostGreat win. Poor performance but 3 games in 7 days, so points is all that matters.
