We had a group of 8 lads from Iceland staying who were all going to the Liverpool vs manure match. Most of them had never been to a Liverpool game before

Holders of old season tickets who hawk them out to travel company types are killing our atmosphere. If they can't go themselves then the tickets need to be redistributed to others.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Or do they really look back again and again whilst basking in fond memories at what they have filmed/taken a picture of.
I’m a photographer & I understand the art gallery bit so you can relive the moment again & again but I’m too involved in a Liverpool match to try to focus on photographing the event.

I actually do this, so like to document certain experiences and I do revisit them. I can imagine doing it more and more when I am older. Mainly gigs. That said I dont rigidly watch everything through the phone, just certain moments where I want a flavour of the event.

I still get involved though also.

I got cool footage of a Salah pen at the Spurs game in April, it was a great game and a great day out with my son, I have watched it often. I also share with my wife, mum and dad etc, so they get to have a sense of our day out without being there.

How do you know the 8 lads didn't sing their lungs out and contribute positively to the atmosphere?

Local, regular match-going curmudgeons can have a more negative effect than the once in a lifetime people who give it their all.

Or not - it's simply not black and white.
            Oh I don't know.

I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Probably wears a full kit to the matches too.

And a half and half scarf.

Interesting. I am always puzzled by the gig goers who, though insisting on putting their phone cameras in my sight-line throughout 'the big ones' despite me asking them to think a bit about the people behind them, turn around and object when I set my phone to searchlight and hold it where their eyes catch the light. Or by those on a train who insist on watching a TV programme or fil at full volume but object when I decide to play white noise loudly through my own phone.

Yeah that is fair enough. Dont get me wrong, I am very discreet. So long as I am not impacting on someone elses enjoyment I feel its ok. I'm tall also so the phone is always in front of my chest, never above my head.

I am probably going on an official banned list somewhere now huh?

Funnily enough I was revisiting the Living Colour gig I went to a few years ago as I wanted a reminder and missed them a month or 2 ago.

Was more a little rib about something he said in the past about gig going

Arsenal have **** the bed many times at anfield, and I reckon klopp wants to see cam they cope with the pressure of a noisy anfield, with top spot on the line.
Yup he's absolutely laying the foundation for the Arsenal game, we need it absolutely bouncing.
