Thanjk you.

He set the tone, that was the biggest factor imo. Focus & controlled aggression vs quality opponents. It was a huge night for him & hopefully that is a springboard for his career.

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
Doku played literally the game of his life yesterday, that was his best performance since joining city. Connor had the same against Madrid. I think where Slot is falling short is his inability to rotate without seriously effecting the team dynamic. When Klopp rotated, you barely noticed in the way we played. But we have to stick by him this season, there is a lot of football to be played, lets see how things are looking by the end of January.
That in order for him to push on as our number 1 fullback and stake that claim, consistency is key. It happens though he looked knackered and Doku played a blinder.

I don't think Connor was the problem, he didn't get close to Doku because he was having to look after both Doku and the fullback as Salah wasn't tracking him, IMO if he is able to focus on just defending against Doku, then Doku has much less of an impact on the game IMO obviously
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
He was exposed by a lack of support, yes. That we devoted four players to a high press that was passed around very easily by city didn't help, they created loads of space for themselves this way.

Finally starting to look like the Bradley that broke into the team under klopp. Loads of runs forward. Lots of energy.
Any news to what he has done to himself? Can't help feeling he could have headed the ball out. Hindsight eh. Fingers crossed but it's got to be season over.
